Position Overview:When you join Colibri, you’ll be part of a team that’s supporting our customers from the front lines. As a Customer Service Representative – Silent Channel, you’ll play a vital role in sales order processing in a constantly evolving industry, while using a variety of tools and technology. In the process, you’ll handle a broad range of duties such as processing securities and insurance orders, handling escalated client issues, and responding to client inquiries in a timely fashion. It’s an opportunity to showcase your customer experience and expertise and assist us in creating customers for life!
Position Requirements & Major Responsibilities
- Process all securities & insurance sales orders assigned through sales rep engagement, direct client contact as needed, or via automated order processing queue
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of information in response to client inquiries
- Communicate clearly to sales team members all client issues and challenges that have been escalated to ensure cross-functional alignment and a high standard of care
- Assist with customer order requests or issue escalations as needed, including but not limited to order processing and account status
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a commitment to succeed both individually and as a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude to learn and navigate new software quickly, and comfortable using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously.

- Prior Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
