Our most advanced clinical program, bezuclastinib, exemplifies our commitment to innovation. This selective tyrosine kinase inhibitor is meticulously designed to potently inhibit the KIT D816V mutation, a key driver of systemic mastocytosis (SM), a serious disease characterized by the unchecked proliferation of mast cells. Bezuclastinib also targets other mutations in KIT exon 17, which are prevalent in patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST).
