About us

Coffee ‘n Clothes (CNC) is an experiential agency that blends culture, creativity, and commerce to create unforgettable brand experiences. We specialize in immersive activations, pop-ups, and brand storytelling that drive engagement and impact. Our clients range from global brands to emerging disruptors, and we pride ourselves on pushing boundaries and delivering premium, high-energy experiences.

In a nutshell: The reliable, organized, ambitious person supporting the team in the day-to-day. A sponge, happily soaking up processes to serve the agency and clients excellently.

Hard R&Rs

  • Own the client relationship. Maintain all communication with client via email, slack, calls, Zoom meetings etc.
  • Manage the SOW. Stay within scope, aware of maintaining the margin and delivering on what we promise.
  • Know the brand book better than anyone else. Gain a deep understanding of client objectives, brand identity, and target audience to develop strategic, results-driven experiential activations.
  • Serve as project manager internally - developing and sharing out task tracking, creative decks etc working cross functionally.
  • Responsible for overall project well-being
  • Growth – mining and identifying opps – bring to manager to close

Soft R&Rs

  • Cross Functional: Revel in the fact that every project will teach you something new. Soak up exposure across departments/teams as you work on projects. Your overall goal? To build an understanding of each department, how they come together to support the client’s needs, and how account management is at the center of that process.
  • Learn the client’s business. Get to know the industry, their line of business, and products of your client. Immerse yourself in category news and share valuable insights with your team. Develop and present relevant competitive news. Take pride in knowledge and preparedness.
  • Build client relationships. Learn how to build and deepen relationships with clients. Respond to all emails in a timely manner. Show that you know your stuff. Focus on being a reliable voice on status calls, and someone clients could tap into for questions on tactical project needs.
  • Create internal relationships. Build your own brand. Work closely with your peer group across departments, and have them see you as a partner. Aim to be seen as a reliable resource in the eyes of all team members - especially leadership.
  • Master internal processes/software. Google Drive, Slack etc.
  • Be the organization. Maintain all files and organization points and process. Be the master of version control, ensuring the latest and greatest decks are what’s sent to clients and saved on the drive and relevant client share systems (BOX, Sharepoint ETC)
  • Be Detail Minded. Ensure status documents and timelines are kept up to date.
  • Flag when we hit any timeline issues, and start to think about how you’d solve the problem. Train your eagle eyes to scrub work and catch issues before work goes out the door.
  • Create your communication style. Think about how you can communicate with different team members to get the best possible outcome. Learn how to balance client needs while keeping everyone feeling motivated and supported. Be on top of note taking and write clear, actionable emails to internal and external audiences.
  • Manage up. Learn how to keep your manager, leadership and team members informed as you move through your day. Know what information to share.
  • Do everything with Hospitality. Being generous and assume positive intent. Problem solve intentionally and in a timely manner. Be able to separate the work from your identity to make sure you can keep going. We’re in the service industry - let that be your reputation.
