Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with at least 4 years of experience in Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM business processes, with exposure to Marketing Cloud considered a plus.Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Sales Cloud features including lead conversion, opportunity management, forecasting, and quote-to-cash workflows.
- Build and maintain Service Cloud capabilities such as case management, SLAs, and knowledge base integration.
- Develop and enhance customer lifecycle processes using CRM best practices.
- Design and implement automation workflows and approval processes.
- Participate in cross-cloud data integration projects (Sales, Service, and Marketing).
- Support reporting and dashboard requirements using Salesforce analytics tools.
- Write well-structured Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customization.
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud and cross-cloud data flows.
- CRM fundamentals: customer data management, 360° view, and segmentation.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Familiarity with CPQ, quote generation, and sales automation flows.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (Required).
Preferred:
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud: Email Studio, Journey Builder.
- Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, etc.).
