🧠 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Llamadas salientes y entrantes a nuevos clientes potenciales.
  • Asumir la total responsabilidad de las ventas directas en la región y alcanzar los KPIs y objetivos de ventas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de renovación, venta cruzada y venta adicional.
  • Lograr un excelente servicio al cliente y responder proactivamente a las consultas de los clientes.
  • Realizar actividades de mantenimiento de bases de datos y registros
  • El rendimiento de ventas se basará en los KPIs establecidos mensualmente.

🧠 ¿Quién eres?

  • Un/a apasionado/a de las ventas con un enfoque orientado al cliente.
  • Experto/a en comunicación, organizado/a y eficiente.
  • Capaz de adaptarte y prosperar en un entorno dinámico e internacional.
  • Te encanta trabajar en equipo y en un ambiente abierto.

🧠 ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia en ventas B2C, preferiblemente en una startup, empresa educativa o del sector de la educación (deseable)
  • Experiencia en ventas en el mercado Español
  • Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y concisa con los clientes.
  • Buen entendimiento de KPIs y objetivos.
  • Experiencia utilizando Hubspot o Salesforce
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Nivel de inglés mínimo B2 (deseable).

  • Salario base en USD + atractivos incentivos por ventas y cumplimiento de KPI’s.
