The Senior Android Engineer will join a fast-moving, product-driven team focused on rapid experimentation and digital product innovation. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building, testing, and iterating on mobile experiences quickly, using data and experimentation to validate product hypotheses at scale.

You will work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, contributing directly to MVPs, experimental features, and production-ready Android applications. As a technology partner for world-class brands, we are looking for someone who goes beyond writing code and actively leverages AI-native development tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and optimize personal and team productivity.

Design and develop native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, with a strong focus on scalability and maintainability.

Build modular architectures that enable rapid experimentation, feature flags, and A/B testing.

Develop and iterate on MVPs and feature prototypes to quickly validate user behavior and business impact.

Actively use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to automate testing, refactoring, documentation, and boilerplate generation.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to evaluate technical feasibility and translate product ideas into high-quality mobile solutions.

Integrate Android applications with modern backend services using REST and GraphQL APIs.

Maintain and evolve application architectures based on MVI or MVVM+, ensuring clear separation of concerns and testability.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, safe, and frequent deployments.

Contribute to technical discussions, architectural decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

5+ years of experience developing native Android applications.

Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android development practices.

Extensive experience building UIs with Jetpack Compose.

Solid understanding of Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and asynchronous programming.

Experience using dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt or Koin.

Hands-on experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.

Strong knowledge of modern Android architectures (MVI, MVVM, or similar).

Experience working in product-oriented, fast-paced environments.

Advanced English level (spoken and written) – mandatory. Ability to communicate fluently with international stakeholders and work day-to-day in English.

Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.

Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Proven experience using AI-native or agentic development workflows in day-to-day work.

Experience with Kotlin Symbol Processing (KSP) and build optimization techniques.

Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).

Experience with on-device machine learning (TensorFlow Lite, Gemini Nano).

Background in fintech, payments, or security-sensitive applications (biometrics, secure storage).

Experience with Ktor or advanced GraphQL clients.

Up-to-date knowledge of the Android ecosystem (Android 15/16+).
