Global Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist

CodeRabbit is an innovative research and development company that is building human-machine collaboration systems. The Global Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll and supporting key accounting and accounts payable functions across CodeRabbit.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of progressive payroll and/or AP experience
• Hands-on experience running multi-state US payroll
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reconciliations)
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
