Job Title: Technical Coach (Mobile - Xcode), Minimum Experience: Senior Manager/Supervisor, Job Type: Contractor, Team: Technology, Compensation: £50ph, Commitment: One or more hours per week from March ‘26 - September ‘26 (dependent on demand), Role Type: Remote, freelance working, This is a freelance role, designed to support graduates and/ or employees professional growth over a six-month programme while helping CFG address the gender imbalance in tech.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Mobile developer (2 years minimum)
• Strong technical skills in Xcode
• Experience of Capacitor would be desirable
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and teaching others
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in both 1:1 and group settings
