We are looking for a Medical Coder II/III to join our team, responsible for ensuring coding quality expectations are met and exceeded. The role requires strong background in coding, billing, and auditing, with a proven ability to communicate complex coding issues and solutions.
Requirements
- Current AHIMA or AAPC coding credential held for 3+ years.
- 3-5 years of coding and auditing experience with progressive growth in responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of effectively engaging executives, directors, data scientists, and other stakeholders with varying levels of coding knowledge.
