Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate results and performance against KPIs.
  • Budget Management: Work closely with the marketing leadership team to develop and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, IT, and finance teams, to drive alignment, share best practices, and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing operations and MarTech to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in marketing operations or technology is a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing technology platforms and optimizing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, or equivalent), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other marketing tools and Google analytics software.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
