Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, L&D, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Workforce Transformation, or a related field, including a minimum of 3 years in a client-facing or consulting capacity with large enterprise clients
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including C-level
- Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent
- Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at executive level
- Demonstrable experience with data analytics, statistics, and/or evaluation methodology — including ROI studies, impact assessments, or people analytics in an organizational context
