Senior Manager, Sourcing and Procurement

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sourcing and Procurement to develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for all of our account in Japan, ensuring alignment with our client or JLL procurement policies and requirements. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with complex multi-vendor environments, comprehensive knowledge of sourcing strategies, competitive tendering, and contract negotiation, and be able to obtain and maintain the security clearance level required by the contract.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with complex multi-vendor environments
• Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing strategies, competitive tendering, and contract negotiation
• English Business Level proficiency recommended but not required
• Ability to prepare procurement documentation in both Japanese and English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet strict deadlines and performance targets
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience required in a corporate environment or as a third-party service provider
