Santen is seeking a Global Category Manager to lead the execution of global indirect procurement category strategies and drive the transition from country-led sourcing to category-led management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• 10-15 years of experience in Indirect Procurement AND Category Management within a multinational, regulated environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in English
• Strong capabilities in strategic negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management
