The analyst uses Smartsheet, Workday, and other HR technologies to streamline people processes, improve data accuracy, and surface insights that strengthen retention, compliance, and employee experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Smartsheet automation, formulas, dashboards, and data mesh.
- Ability to connect, reconcile, and maintain data across HR systems, especially Workday.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a people-centric lens.
- Experience with reporting tools (Smartsheet dashboards, Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
- Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, data management, movement, compliance, retention).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
