JLL is looking for a Facilities Manager - Technical to support Client Account teams in meeting their obligations under the Management Agreement. The role involves managing service contracts, budgets, and tenant liaison, as well as special projects, inspections, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, fire, and security systems.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Degree in Facilities Management, Building, or related fields
- Experience in facilities management, OH&S, vendor management, and basic understanding of technical aspects of property
- Ability to manage external providers and liaise with internal stakeholders
- Experience with Excel, Word, and FM software platform
