JLL is seeking an Assistant Manager - Abstractions to manage the Abstraction team and ensure consistent and qualitative Lease Administration Abstraction services for JLL Clients. The role involves managing administrative and recruitment matters, interacting with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery. The successful candidate will have a high degree of independence, excellent communication skills, and strong project management skills.
Requirements
- University Graduate/Postgraduate or equivalent work experience in lease administration
- PMP/MBA degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years' industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or as a consultant
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage accurate data
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work within tight operational and financial deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills to operate as a pro-active member of a small core team
- Positive approach to meeting clients' needs
- Experience in using a property management/lease administration system
