We are seeking an Application Support Associate specializing in Yardi software/end user support to join our JLL Software and Technology Solutions Customer Experience team. As an Application Support Lead, you will be responsible for user administration, end user/system support, data configuration, and business reporting requirements.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of relevant/professional experience in a customer support or related role
- Proficient in Yardi Voyager, with a strong understanding of its functionalities and capabilities
- Experience in financial software platforms, ERP systems, or previous work in finance/accounting
- Fluency in English (speaking / writing) REQUIRED
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft products suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook
