This is a high-output execution role for a marketer who knows how to work with AI. The PMM owns product launches, sales enablement, case studies, and content, with AI tools handling first-draft production so they can focus on strategy, relationships, and quality.
Requirements
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to produce marketing assets at volume
- Strong writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to shape AI-generated drafts into polished, on-brand content that moves buyers
- 3-5 years in product marketing, content marketing, or a closely related B2B marketing role with a track record of producing high-quality assets
- Experience supporting a sales team, including building enablement materials and understanding how messaging translates into deal outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping balls, in a fast-moving environment with limited oversight
- Cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to gather inputs and drive alignment
