We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented SCCM/Intune Systems Engineerto join our team. The role focuses on deploying, securing, and maintaining devices and applications across on-premises and cloud environments using Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance is required. This is a funded position and is contingent upon verification of a security clearance prior to starting with Cloudshape.
Primary Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:
Deploy, configure, and manage SCCM and Intune to maintain device compliance and application delivery.
Plan and implement software updates, patch management, and operating system deployments across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize endpoint management systems for performance and reliability.
Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell or SCCM/Intune automation features.
Collaborate with IT, security, and network teams to enforce policies and maintain system integrity.
Generate reports on compliance, inventory, and deployment status.
Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance on endpoint management best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 - 8 years of experience
- An ability to work independently, multi-task, and communicate effectively will be required for this role.
- US Citizen with an active Secret security clearance
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Azure AD, and mobile device management (MDM).
- Experience with group policies, software deployment, patch management, and scripting.
