We're hiring a Support Engineer at Close, a 100% remote CRM company. As a Support Engineer, you'll handle technical support during US business hours while writing scripts, building internal tools, and creating tools for customers to reuse. You'll work with production data, become an API expert, and have direct influence on both internal systems and customer-facing tools.
Requirements
- 1+ years using Python to solve real problems
- Customer-facing experience in sales, support, or similar
- Automation experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
- Strong written communication in English
- Located in US time zones (ET, CT, MT, or PT)
- Comfortable working 100% remote in a fully distributed team
