Requirements
- Coordinates the contributions from multiple teams to review and develop proposals and budgets
- Leads cross-functional review teams and carries out strategic objectives
- Recommends courses of action on employee policies and procedures
- Develops long-term initiatives based on business unit/team priorities
- Ensures high-quality and timely delivery of proposals
- Communicates and enforces departmental processes
- Participates in departmental initiatives and process improvements
- Attends client meetings as needed
