We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to join us remotely. The Project Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring their ideas are effectively communicated to the rest of our team.
The ideal candidate has project management, strategy, design, or engineering experience working in an agency setting. However, we expect all candidates to have a deep understanding of the UX design and development process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget;
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and up-to-date on project progress;
- Facilitate project meetings and effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues;
- Ensure all projects are properly scoped, resourced, and executed to exceed client expectations;
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to achieve project goals;
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans;
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively implement corrective actions to mitigate potential roadblocks;
- Ensure all projects are properly documented and archived, and all project artifacts are properly stored and shared with relevant stakeholders;
- Optimizing existing business processes and workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous experience in digital project management (agency experience required), managing at least 5-6 projects projects simultaneously;
- Excellent project management skills, including experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients;
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work autonomously and independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the success of each project;
- Experience leading remote teams, including the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with remote team members;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Advanced spoken and written English suitable for client communication is an absolute must.
Nice to Have:
- Russian language skills are a significant advantage;
- Experience with project management software (e.g., ActiveCollab, Jira);
- Familiarity with design workflow tools (e.g., Figma);
- Passion for design and a strong understanding of the design process.
