Solutions Design Specialist (Protocol Review)

Perform protocol review, solution design/budget development and sales support for up to two product lines and liaise with science/operations on solution design as applicable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate proficiency in understanding Clario’s product offering and operational delivery for up to two product lines and related products/services.

• Review protocol and identify solution needs in support of drafting project specific solution designs (new & rebids) within the respective Pricing Tool for up to two product lines and related products/services within business unit.

• Participate in Protocol Review Team meetings including but not limited to: Drafting the proposed solution within the Pricing Tool, uploading the Pricing Tool with proposed solution within workload queue (e.g., CRM/central database entries), presenting the proposed thoughtful solution during Protocol Review Team meetings and following up (post Protocol Review Team meetings) on open solution design related items.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders including the Sales, Science, Product Management, Project Management and Operations on project specific solution design specifications.

• Ensure day-to-day solutioning assignments within workload queue (e.g., CRM/central database entries) reflect accurate status.

• Understand product integration offerings to recommend other Clario products for inclusion in Clario’s solution offering.

• Provide internal support to Sales inquiries on solution design related matters.

• Completes solution/Pricing Tool analysis for reporting to management team for strategic decisions/risk mitigation.

• Maintain equitable workload evidenced by department metrics.

• Maintain an organized file structure/naming convention for all solution design documents.

• Support strategic initiatives of department.

• Participate in intra-inter departmental team meetings in support of sharing and implementing best practices across the sales’ support teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in medical, health, public or general science or business administration-concentration project management, technical communications, or a closely related field is strongly preferred. Any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in clinical trials, human health, project management, product management, solution/services engineering or technical communication.

• Familiarity with protocols, either in development or technology design application, required.

• Pharmaceutical and/or CRO background a significant plus.

• Experience in a fast-paced multi-task environment; ability to work independently, collaboratively and under pressure and adapt to the rolling day-to day changes.

• Excellent personal and professional interaction skills.

• Ability to effectively manage deadlines and strong follow through with minimal supervision.
