What You’ll Be Doing
Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using modern mobile frameworks and engineering best practices.
Contribute to or lead the technical design and architecture of scalable, maintainable mobile solutions using clean architecture and established design patterns.
Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces in collaboration with UX/UI and product teams.
Integrate mobile applications with backend systems, RESTful APIs, third-party services, and platform SDKs.
Support or lead the modernization and migration of existing mobile applications and platforms.
Build, maintain, or own CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and release workflows to ensure reliable and efficient mobile delivery.
Manage or contribute to mobile release processes, including versioning, signing, and deployment to application distribution platforms.
Ensure application quality, security, and performance through testing, monitoring, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, security, and product teams to deliver robust, user-focused solutions.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, or team leadership aligned to your experience level and role focus.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Professional experience in mobile software engineering, technical leadership, or DevOps roles supporting mobile applications
Hands-on experience developing, delivering, or operating Android and/or iOS applications in production environments
Strong proficiency with C#, .NET, and mobile application development frameworks (such as .NET MAUI or Xamarin)
Experience implementing mobile UI layers, including responsive layouts and platform-specific optimizations
Solid understanding of mobile application lifecycles, platform-specific behaviors, and performance considerations
Experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party services, and working with structured data formats such as JSON
Familiarity with local data storage, offline-first design concepts, and synchronization strategies
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and release processes for mobile applications
Knowledge of mobile build and deployment workflows, including signing, versioning, and store submission processes
Proficiency with version control systems and collaborative development practices
Ability to contribute as a senior individual contributor or take ownership of technical leadership responsibilities
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in complex technical environments
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Based in India or able to work from India in a hybrid or remote capacity
