As a Senior Full Stack Engineer within our R&D Software Engineering team, you will design, develop, and support scalable software solutions that power Clario’s products and digital platforms. In this role, you will contribute to architecture decisions, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers while working in a modern agile development environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Design, develop, test, and implement full-stack software solutions supporting Clario’s technology platforms.
Lead development of complex features or significant components within agile development projects.
Contribute to system architecture, design decisions, and technical standards to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
Write clean, maintainable code and perform debugging, testing, and optimization across multiple platforms.
Conduct code reviews and share knowledge to strengthen engineering practices and team quality standards.
Collaborate with Software Quality Engineering to build software that maximizes test automation and continuous integration.
Work closely with technical leaders and project stakeholders to plan and deliver phases of software development initiatives.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture focused on learning and innovation.
Support cross-functional teams across the organization by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance when needed.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development
Proven experience designing and building full-stack software applications across modern technology stacks
Strong understanding of software engineering frameworks, development methodologies, and best practices
Experience with source code management systems and work item tracking tools
Knowledge of software architecture patterns and risk management approaches in development environments
Experience with unit testing, automated testing approaches, and testable design patterns
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative development environments
Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-based software platforms is advantageous
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in English within global teams
Based in or able to work from Budapest, Hungary in a hybrid work environment
