About the Role
The Integrated Marketing Associate focuses on driving the planning, execution, and management of promotional marketing activities that span multiple channels. This role involves creating the signage for promotional campaigns, managing the process and the people involved, and communicating effectively with all levels throughout the organization. The Integrated Marketing Associate is responsible for creating and leading the execution of promotional marketing tactics that align with overall business goals. This role is focused on driving promotions within in-store signage & Field support tactics, yet provides a supporting role throughout multiple channels, ensuring cohesive messaging, effective content management, performance tracking and clear and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Promotional Campaign Support:
- Assist in the planning and leading the execution of promotional marketing campaigns focusing on in-store signage and Field support for promotions yet supporting efforts within digital, print and social media.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure prompt and effective execution of promotional signage activities.
- Maintain the promotional marketing calendar.
- Maintain competitive promotional tracking documents to identify opportunities and risks for future planning
Content and Material Development:
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to develop and refine marketing materials to achieve alignment with the strategic objectives.
- Ensure all promotional content is consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, store operations, in-store planning, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and clear execution throughout marketing tactics with overall business objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing teams and external agencies or vendors.
Vendor and Partner Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal and external vendors and partners to manage the production and delivery of promotional materials.
- Ensure that all vendor activities and deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Event and Activity Support:
- Create communications for Store Operations and In-Store presentation teams to share with the Field to drive promotional marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional in-store/in-mall events.
- Support event coordination, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
Data Tracking and Analysis:
- Create Promo and Coupon codes to track performance for various promotions and events.
- Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain up-to-date records of promotional activities, budgets, and performance metrics.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing or promotional roles, with exposure to multi-channel campaigns.
- Skills
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing principles and promotional strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, Figma, Asana, Dropbox
- Experience in managing promotional events and activities.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
