The role of Data Analytics Specialist offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in the company's success through data-driven decision-making and strategies that strengthen the competitive position and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data analytics: monitoring KPIs, distributing custom reports, working with large datasets
• Reporting: gathering, analyzing and presenting sales channel KPIs
• Evangelist - Data-driven organization: connecting various data sources (commercial, marketing data, public data, etc.), interpreting, and translating into clear insights for different stakeholders

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools
• A good understanding of retail processes and operations is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• A degree in data science, statistics, computer science, business administration, or a related field
• Strong in stakeholder management, change management, motivation, agile methodology, and a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization
• 1-3 years of experience in a hybrid retail environment
