We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to act within a strategic business unit, focused on a defined set of enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include account and customer success management, marketing, ABM and strategy, market intelligence and data, and use of CRM, insights, and monitoring tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, B2B Marketing/ABM, Growth or Sales Ops
  • Practical experience in using generative AI
  • Experience with enterprise accounts in B2B context
  • Analytical profile
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organization, priority sense and excellence in follow-up
