Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Develop and execute automated tests to ensure code reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and improve code quality, CI/CD processes, and automated testing frameworks.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their skills.
- Propose and design scalable solutions that meet business needs and improve the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team to foster continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in React and web development technologies, including React, NextJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Proficient in using version control systems, particularly Git.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish.
- A strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
It would be great if you also have:
- Proven experience in optimizing the performance of web applications.
- Experience with micro-front-end architectures.
- A background in developing digital products in collaborative settings involving multiple teams.
