Your Mission
As a Senior Java Backend Developer, you will lead the design and development of a scalable cloud-based solution, employing Java, Spring Boot, and both SQL and NoSQL databases. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations, all while being part of a team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot;
Implement and maintain automated tests (JUnit) to ensure quality and stability;
Work with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance;
Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions (GCP);
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions aligned with client needs;
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning and technical excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot;
Strong knowledge of JPA and JUnit;
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Crunchy Data (PostgreSQL on K8s);
Experience with Redpanda and Kafka for messaging and event-driven architectures;
Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases;
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in multicultural teams;
Advanced English (both written and spoken).
