We are looking for highly motivated and talented Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. Your mission:
Collaborate with CI&T to assist clients who seek to transform using the Salesforce platform, leveraging technology as an enabler to provide greater business flexibility and improved customer experience. Be a crucial part of these clients' digital transformation, essential for delivering value and impact to the business. You'll be expected to:
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring within your teams, demonstrate a passion to learn, and have a personal responsibility for your work.- Have deep knowledge of engineering theory and systems design and can set an example at writing quality, performant code as well as leading with knowledge and providing technical coaching to support members of your team.- Take ownership of the implementation of the solution to your assigned tasks and write code that is easy to understand, change and maintain.- Manage email, SMS, and push notification marketing campaigns, including creating target audience segments, message personalization, and scheduling sends.- Use automation to manage workflow, create and execute campaigns, and evaluate and optimize results.- Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and improve the effectiveness of future campaigns.- Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and emerging technologies.- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create high-quality and impactful experiences.- Develop and implement A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing campaign elements.- Manage email lists and effectively segment target audiences.- Creation of automations and file manipulations for data integration.
You must have:
- Vast experience as a Salesforce Developer.- Expertise in Marketing Cloud.- Knowledge of Email, Mobile, and Automation studios.- Knowledge of Journey, Content, and Audience builder.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies. - Experience with SQL and data structures (data extensions and lists) for clustering and base segmentation.- An advanced English level.
It would be nice if you have:
- Experience with Marketing Cloud implementation.- Certifications as a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant.- Experience with JavaScript.
