The Accounting Manager will play a key leadership role within the Finance and Accounting function, supporting core operational accounting activities and helping drive an accurate, timely, and efficient month-end close process.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including operational accounting and month-end close ownership.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and core accounting principles.
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- Experience managing Accounts Payable and supporting payroll processes.
- Experience with cash reconciliations, expense management, and operational accounting workflows.
- Strong month-end close experience with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience supporting external audits and preparing audit documentation.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves and working both strategically and tactically.
