Due to our continued growth, an opening has been created for a Part-Time Growth Solutions Initiative Leader to join our team, with the flexibility to work from any of our offices or remotely for the right candidate. This role will be 30 hours per week, with specific working hours being flexible to negotiation during normal business hours Monday through Friday. In this position, you will leverage your user centered innovation expertise, professional services industry knowledge, and project management experience to lead the development of new growth solutions for the organization through active collaboration with a variety of internal stakeholders in the Growth Team, other functions, and Service Line Leaders.

As a Growth Solutions Initiative Leader, you will:

Work with the Growth Solutions Leader to build the growth solutions capability by contributing to the design and build of the function’s systems, processes and tools, and by taking on management of specific aspects of the function’s governance model, once built. Additionally, use the function’s solution development toolkit and processes to lead the development of new growth solutions for the organization, including drafting the initiative charter, engaging and managing the participation of all stakeholders, providing methodological expertise and managing quality standards, ensuring alignment with strategy, and guiding the initiative team through the development process. Core responsibilities and deliverables are as follows:

  • Solution Development
    • Develop process model for packaged (bundled) solution sets across existing service offerings
    • Drive solution set development through collaboration with ASLs (Advisory Service Line Leaders) & IPLs (Industry Practice Leaders)
    • Assess existing service offerings – create solution attachment points across audit, tax, advisory aligned with industry focus – sales approach/sequencing
    • Collaborate with Growth Operations on data/metrics to monitor success of productized approach
  • New Offerings
    • Create and launch External to Internal approach to innovate new offerings
    • Create process flow model for new offering development – vetting/criteria/alignment/resource requirements/approval lanes
    • Collaborate with Growth Ops – Knowledge – Develop and monitor potential new offerings through trends research
    • Align with Client Experience – Voice of the Customer
    • Integrate with SLLs and IPLs
  • Communication & Education Strategy
    • Create and Drive “launch” plan for solution sets and new offerings collaborating with Core and Enterprise Growth leaders on execution strategy
    • Align with marketing and internal comms
    • Align with learning & development

What you bring to the role:

  • Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience with demonstrated offering development and business development leadership experience inside professional service firms, including development and launch of technology related offerings
  • User-centered innovation methodological expertise (ability to coach and or apply core tools throughout ‘frame/discover/develop/prototype and test/pilot/launch’ phases of offering development)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through complicated, ambiguous processes
  • Mix of quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Very effective verbal communications skills; strong writing and PowerPoint skills; some basic visual design capabilities
  • Workshop experience design and facilitation expertise, including with executive audiences
  • Credibility and ability to influence executive level stakeholders and clients
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Ability to travel as needed, anticipated at <5%

The salary range for this position is $62,629 – $159,225. Individual employment offers within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
