The SIS Compliance Analyst is responsible for Student Information System (SIS), State Reporting, and attendance-related tasks, including creating reports and maintaining student data for Charter Impact clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field a plus
- Two (2) years of education related data management work experience with data reconciliation, quality control, and field mapping experience
- Student Information Systems (PowerSchool, Aeries, etc.), attendance administration and State Reporting (e.g CALPADS, MARSS, PEIMS, etc.)
- System analysis and process improvement practices
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel a plus
- Java Script, Java, and SQL programming a plus
- Passion for improving urban public education and a willingness to make a long-term commitment to the non-profit sector

- Identify and correct errors in mathematical computations and financial documents
- Sage Intacct or other similar Non-Profit Accounting systems
