We are looking for a marketing engineer to own and evolve our marketing execution engine. In this role, you will work across web, content, campaigns, SEO, analytics, and automation to drive growth and improve how we communicate product value. You will combine hands-on execution with strong ownership and use AI-native workflows to scale output and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve Chainstack’s marketing website and conversion-focused web surfaces across product, campaign, partner, and SEO and AEO initiatives.
  • Build launch packages for Chainstack products and growth bets, from Elastic Nodes and Dedicated Nodes to Self-Hosted, protocol support, marketplace listings, and partner ecosystem initiatives.
  • Produce and repurpose technical marketing content across blog, social, Medium, newsletters, ads, and community channels.
  • Create AI-augmented workflows that reduce manual marketing work in content production, web publishing, campaign setup, reporting, and customer research.
  • Support acquisition of high-potential customers through targeted campaigns, landing flows, partner marketing, Telegram and community coverage, retargeting, and lead qualification.
  • Help establish and operate product feedback loops, including NPS campaigns, survey workflows, customer segmentation, and insight reporting.
  • Track marketing performance through clear metrics, dashboards, experiments, and conversion analysis.
  • Work with product, DevEx, engineering, design, sales, and leadership to turn technical product updates into clear go-to-market assets.
  • Proactively identify gaps in web, content, SEO, social, campaigns, partnerships, and automation, then ship improvements without waiting for detailed task assignments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical marketing, growth engineering, web development, product marketing, DevRel marketing, or content engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web publishing workflows.
  • Strong AI-native workflow with daily use of LLMs, coding agents, research agents, and automation tools.
  • Ability to write, edit, and package technical content for developer or infrastructure audiences.
  • Good understanding of SEO, AEO, analytics, conversion tracking, campaign performance, and marketing funnels.
  • Comfortable with paid and organic channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, Medium, newsletters, and community distribution.
  • Ability to understand technical Web3 infrastructure topics such as RPC, nodes, APIs, wallets, indexing, validators, staking, and self-hosted infrastructure.
  • Strong English communication, sharp judgment, high ownership, and strong bias toward shipping measurable work.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing developer tools, Web3 infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, APIs, or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with partner marketing, marketplaces, reseller channels, protocol ecosystems, or integration-led growth.
  • Experience building AI agents, scripts, internal tools, or programmatic marketing workflows.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, HubSpot, Metabase, Notion, YouTrack, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
  • Basic design judgment in Figma or similar tools.
