Non-Executive Director, Spain

CEX.IO is seeking a distinguished Non-Executive Director to join the Board of their Spanish entity, providing independent oversight, strategic counsel, and fiduciary responsibility to ensure financial integrity and regulatory excellence.

Requirements

• Governance experience with a track record in Senior Executive and/or Non-Executive board member roles
• Deep understanding of EU financial regulatory environments, VASP or MiCAR-adjacent frameworks
• Ability to remain objective and provide a fiduciary check-and-balance to the executive team
• Tax resident of Spain
• Ability to provide a high-level strategic overview of the Spanish market
