Position Purpose:

This position will aid vendor managers with oversight of our contact center vendors, including relationship management, issue resolution, process improvement, communications, reporting & documentation.

Looking for a graduate student candidate that has leadership skills and potential to lead teams in the future. Process oriented and able to handle tasks independently. Has strong problem solving skills. Highly motivated and driven, rather than waits to be given direction. Conducts themselves with professionalism and confidence.

Role is primarily REMOTE, may work from any US location.

Dates: May 18th - August 8th (40hrs/wk.)

Pay:

$21-$30 depending on experience (Masters)

$30-$35 depending on experience (JD)

Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.

  • Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore various career opportunities
  • Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects
  • Communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management
  • Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry
  • Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed. Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
