United States onlyCentene seeks a Senior Manager, Account Management - Pharmacy/PBM to provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of clinical account managers in the Pharmacy Benefit Management team. This is a 100% remote position, requiring the candidate to reside in CST or EST.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration. PharmD or MBA is preferred.
- 4+ years of PBM Account Management or clinical management experience, including managing teams of clinicians, preferably pharmacists.
- PBM, Specialty Pharmacy, Health Plan, Managed Care, and Managed Medicaid experience preferred.
- Previous management experience, including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of staff.
