The Clinical Analyst will provide advanced analytical support for business operations in all or some of the following areas: authorizations, claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, external reporting. The role will blend technical analytics with strong business partnership, supporting clinical and operational teams through actionable data solutions.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Work Schedule: This role primarily supports Eastern Time hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
- Power BI experience, including building dashboards and data models from source data, strongly preferred.
- SQL coding experience with the ability to extract and validate data from source systems strongly preferred.
- Healthcare analytics experience, particularly with clinical or authorization related data, strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data validation, strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical and trend analysis skills with the ability to identify insights, issues, and opportunities for improvement, strongly preferred.
- Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation.
