CCMSI is seeking a Multi-Line Liability Claim Representative II to manage a diverse desk of commercial liability claims across multiple clients and jurisdictions. The role involves investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and litigation, with a focus on compliance and quality standards. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of claims handling experience
  • Strong knowledge of bodily injury, property damage, and litigation processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a national team
