Job Overview: Currently, we are looking for an SAP Support Senior Consultant - Finance (FI/CO) to join our team.
Position: SAP Support Senior Consultant - Finance (FI/CO)
Location: Manila
Module: AMS FI/CO

Key Responsibilities:
Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery.
Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for FICO processes.
Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of SAP FICO based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 7 years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO, including strong understanding of FICO processes and integration with other SAP modules.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or other related fields.
Hands-on project experience in SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of ABAP or the ability to perform basic debugging is an added benefit.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Industry experience in Utilities (Electricity, Water, or Gas) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet SLA commitments.
Team player with the ability to collaborate with technical teams, business users, and regional stakeholders."
