The Client Relationship Manager will provide outstanding support to clients with all aspects of our product services, including general inquiries, onboarding, and handling client complaints. The role involves multiple channels of communication, including email and phone calls.
Requirements
- Handle inbound client communications
- Provide individualized client needs
- Take ownership of complaint and queries
- Ensure all clients' queries are well-investigated and resolved
- Evaluate complex client situations
- Route queries when necessary
- Oversee the onboarding and training of new accounts
- Develop presentation material and deliver through webinar
- Facilitate product/service trainings
- Collaborate with Sales team
- Maintain time service standards and accuracy requirements
- Support decisions made by management
- Maintain professional working relationships
- Assist management with special projects
