The Sr. Human Resources Compliance Manager role is responsible for ensuring that the organization's HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, and other federal, state, and local requirements.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content to maintain legal compliance.
- Conduct internal HR compliance audits (I-9, wage and hour, classification, recordkeeping).
