About the Role
We’re building a bench ofclient-focused recruiterswho can partner seamlessly with our clients to deliver flexible, high-quality recruiting support.
You’ll be trusted toown the hiring processwith minimal oversight. Recruiting projects will vary based on the client and will be assigned on as needed basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoysvarietyin recruiting and making an impact in non-profits and small businesses.

What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as a trusted recruiting partner to our clients, helping them hire the right talent while keeping the process organized and efficient. Responsibilities may include:
Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, from role kickoff through offer
Partnering with hiring managers to develop or refine position descriptions
Conducting compensation analyses and making recommendations
Managing job postings and maintaining accurate data in the applicant tracking system
Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles
Reviewing applications and conducting initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit
Designing and coordinating interview processes, including developing interview guides and scheduling interviews
Communicating consistently with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience
Supporting offers, including compensation negotiations
Facilitating background checks and reference checks
What You Bring
Experience5+ years of recruiting experience
Experience supporting small teams, startups, or nonprofits preferred
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-moving, and client-facing environment

Proficiency in application tracking systems (ex: Zoho Recruit)
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
