ABOUT US

CareGuide was founded with one thing in mind: to ensure that anyone in search of care can find it. We help people take care of the things that are closest to their hearts: their homes, their pets, their parents, and their kids.

We’re a team of ~30 across Canada — parents, pet lovers, caregivers, builders, and problem-solvers — supporting millions of users who trust us every year.

We know you see hundreds of job postings, so thanks for making it this far. If you’re excited by complex problems, real impact, and building things that matter — we think you’ll like it here.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Staff Technical Marketer, you will lead growth for CareGuide’s core platform — a network of 30+ interconnected marketplace products — by combining technical execution, experimentation, and marketing strategy into one highly leveraged role.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You won’t be “handing off” requirements — you will be building, experimenting, analyzing, and iterating yourself.

You’ll own growth end-to-end across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion — partnering deeply with product and engineering while remaining a senior individual contributor who executes directly.

Your work will shape how millions of users discover, engage with, and succeed on CareGuide.

A NOT SO FUN FACT

Studies have shown that men will apply for a job when they have 60% of the qualifications that are listed. Women are reluctant to apply to a job unless they feel they have 100% of the qualifications that are listed. Wherever your rank on possessing the qualifications we have listed in this posting, we encourage you to apply.
