🧠What You’ll Work On:
You’ll help build and scale a platform that connects high-performance AI infrastructure with intuitive user experiences — empowering teams to instantly locate, stream, and process creative content of any size.
You’ll collaborate closely across engineering, design, and AI to enhance:
A streaming file system (FUSE) for real-time access to large media files
A distributed AI backend supporting vector search, transcription, and facial recognition
A modern web and desktop interface for review, sharing, and approvals
Requirements
⚙️ Tech Stack:
Python · NextJS · TypeScript · TanStack · Bun · C++ · PostgreSQL
âś… Ideal Background:
4+ years of professional software engineering experience
Proficiency with TypeScript/React/NextJS/TanStack
Solid experience working with Python
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL administration and migrations at scale
Based in or open to relocating to New York City (preferred)
Bonus points for experience with:
Media file processing and image manipulation (Python)
GPU/CPU-based transcoding pipelines (FFmpeg or similar)
