Capitol Bridge Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for handling correspondence, organizing files, and overseeing initial operations for the contract. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Microsoft systems, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
This position is contingent upon project award and contract approval.
Location: Remote (Within commuting distance of Isabella PR)

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinates communication with other departments for the contract
- Manages universal Inbox and delegates information as needed
- Reviewing eligibility request for inaccuracies
- Transferring data from one portal to another
- Collaborate with various staff and departments on projects.
- Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school graduation or equivalent is required. A minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience in an office environment is required.
- Excellent organizational skills required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy are required.
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to handle confidential information and materials in an appropriate manner.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint required.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills are required.
- Adheres to ethical business standards and practices.
- Comply with program security requirements.
