Home Based
We are looking for a technical pensions specialist to join our home-based team. You will come from a DB background in either a technical or senior administration role.
The work you will be doing is project based and is client facing, projects include but are not limited to GMP equalisation and rectification.

What you’ll be doing:
- The delivery of assigned projects
- Running and specifying data extracts from the administration system including bespoke reports
- Perform bulk calculations in Excel
- Identify opportunistic income work and provide cost estimates to the client and commercial teams
- Provide project updates and time scales to the leadership team
- Regularly review the effectiveness and efficiencies of existing systems and controls and make suggestions to continually enhance service delivery and improve processes
What we’re looking for:
Essential
- Experience of working on DB schemes is essential at a technical level
- GMP experience
- Pensions calculations experience
- Advanced excel skills, (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, ability to manipulate data in bulk, data reports etc.)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
Desirable
- Project based pensions experience
- Reviewing and checking work
