Requirements
- Pensions administration experience, specifically with DB pension schemes
- Attention to detail, accuracy and quality management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using multiple IT systems, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Comfortable handling complex or non-standard cases
- Strong working knowledge of pensions technical knowledge to coach, train and mentor colleagues
