We are looking for a Communications Lead to join our Pensions Solutions business, this role is focused on supporting our Public Sector Pensions contracts. The initial focus will be on the Civil Service Pensions Scheme (CSPS) contract, helping to ensure seamless, clear and timely communications to stakeholders and colleagues. As the contract stabilises and the comms approach is embedded, the role will broaden to provide support across our additional three Public Sector Pensions contracts.
You will act as the bridge between the business, operational teams and our media and public affairs colleagues co-ordinating, fact-finding, shaping messages and enabling swift, accurate responses to media queries and wider external enquiries.
Internally, you’ll package information from management and operational leads and drive a consistent internal communications cascade across the business, including frontline colleagues. You will also equip frontline colleagues with talking points about any high-profile issues which may be raised on calls by members.

Plan, write and produce high quality, engaging content for a variety of communications channels
Provide a reliable point of contact for all communication queries
Monitor and evaluate communications and engagement activities and redefine to meet requirements as necessary
